This group program consists of 8 modules with pre-recorded videos, guided healing meditations to release your energetic blocks, fillable PDF’s & weekly LIVE Zoom calls to go deeper into each theme and the healing you need.

What the program entails:
MODULE 1:
Set your intention & identify you key theme for your healing journey
You will start by setting a powerful goal/ an intention for your healing journey, as well as, identifying your KEY THEME for the 8 weeks.

MODULE 2:
Identify the energy leaks in your root chakra
This week you’ll dive right into identifying energetic blocks in your root chakra. You’ll dive into important themes of shame, guilt, flight, fight & freeze energy, and disossication (aka missing soul fragments that were dispersed in moments of dispair, trauma or shock)

MODULE 3:
Your Healing Ceremony With Mother Earth & Healing Activation
In this module you will dive deeper into all things root chakra and release the energetic blocks you identified in Module 2 through a recorded healing meditation. As a portal to Mother Earth, the root chakra enables you to access the chakras below your feet and Mother Earth’s healing frequency. You will work with the frequency of Bach Flowers and will meet your spirit animal.

MODULE 4:
Diagnose the energy leaks in your Crown Chakra & Your Healing Ceremony with Source
You will be identifying the energy blocks in your crown chakra before activating another level of healing through the healing ceremony with Source. You will create your imaginary Healing Chamber – a place where you feel safe to do your healing work. Energy leaks such as ancestors in spirit form interfering with your guidance, imposter/low-level spirit guides, spirits near you/ attached to you, cords to the negative parts of the collective field will be removed.

MODULE 5:
Create your energy blocks blueprint for all remaining chakras
You will be identifying the energy blocks in your entire energy field, including energy leaks in your aura so you have a comprehensive blueprint of all your blocks. These include suppressed emotions, generational trauma, past life karma and trauma, negative womb memories and pre-conception memories, primordial fears, and etheric cords between you and other people. If you have kids you’ll be guided to identify if they are carrying the same blockages or have their own (which you also get to identify)

MODULE 6:
Release your suppressed emotions
You will be releasing the identified suppressed emotions for yourself and your family/kids. You’ll also release other people’s emotions you have been carrying for them and ensure, if you have kids, that they release these too. You’ll also learn a technique to sit with current emotions.

MODULE 7:
Release your etheric cords & your negative pre-conception & womb memories
You will be releasing your etheric cords to other people to avoid dysfunctional, unequal relationships and will release your negative pre-conception memories, including primordial fears as a soul about to incarnate into a dense 3D reality. As always. if you have kids, you’ll be releasing it for them as well.

MODULE 8:
Release your generational trauma & your past life karma

You’ll be diving into past life trauma to release any remaining karma you might have brought forward into this lifetime by understanding the theme you have been working on. If you have kids you’ll release these for them as well.

Hi, I am Lais, Healer, Channeler and Author of "Universe & You: 11 Steps To Co-Create The Life You Desire"
My healing journey began in 2011 once I had quit corporate world without knowing what I would do next. I felt disconnected from myself, burned out emotionally because of a karmic relationship and the fact that I didn’t know what my purpose was. Or whether I had one to begin with. I carried what seemed like an invisible heavy baggage with me. I signed up for a healing course in Thailand and was supposed to stay for a month. Instead, I ended up staying for a year and learned everything I possibly could when it came to energy work. Such as developing my intuition, mindset work, and even space clearing to heal people’s homes.
Since then I have been given my own healing method by my spirit guides and have been using it ever since. An easy to use method that combines intuitive healing through accessing your subconscious mind, with easy ways to release old and stuck energies that are no longer yours to carry. Frequently Asked Questions
I don't have kids - is this program still for me?
Absolutely. You can learn this just for yourself of course. In the exercises where I direct parents to visualise their kids, you will be doing inner child healing for yourself which is very powerful.
Can I pay in instalments?

I am an absolute newbie - is this for me?
Everyone is welcome. If you feel called to participate trust your intuition and that you can handle a deep program, like this. If you, however, would like to work with me 1:1 beforehand to get a feeling for what this kind of healing entails feel free to contact me.
I already spent a lot of time healing myself. How will I know I need more?
Answer: Very simple. We all are on a lifelong, lifetime after lifetime journey really, to heal ourselves by shedding different layers and getting closer to the core of the onion so to speak. 🙂 However, we always need time to process and integrate after each healing event of course. So use your discernment: if you have already integrated most of what you learned or practiced, and are ready for your next deep dive, then this is for you.
What is different about this program compared to other healing modalities such as Reiki?
Formerly a Reiki Master Teacher, I possess extensive knowledge in various healing modalities. Recognising the limitations of relying solely on Reiki for healing, I have developed a program that surpasses these boundaries. Unlike Reiki, my program delves into the depths of negative patterns, individual karma, and inherited negative cycles from ancestors. While seamlessly complementing Reiki and other healing methods, my program also stands as a powerful modality on its own. It equips you with the necessary tools to independently heal, transcending the need for Reiki or any other modalities.
What if I can't make the LIVE ZOOM calls? Are Replays truly enough?
Absolutely. My biggest incentive for a group program was to make it as flexible as possible because I recognise how busy everyone is and also that we’re all on different timezones. My time might work for some, but not for all. I will always encourage everyone who can’t attend live to submit their questions beforehand so I can reply during the LIVE call. The Whats App Community also is available to you and I always reply during my office hours.
