Ghosting is well and alive, even in 2021 when women are already feeling distressed because of the realities we are all in.

I had a few clients who went through ghosting episodes. And the questions are always the same:

“How did I attract someone like that? Didn’t I already do enough self-development work to not fall for men who will ghost me?”

“Should I wait for him to come back, he is having a rough time, maybe I should have more patience?”

“How can I prevent my heart from closing up because of what I keep going through?”

When I work with women, I always set the intention for the collective of women who went through the exact same thing to also receive healing.

In case you have been ghosted recently, or in the past but are still feeling discouraged, bitter or helpless about it, just close your eyes for 5 minutes, place the palms of your hands on your heart chakra.

Set the intention in your mind: “I am ready to receive healing and to release whatever is no longer in my highest good for me to carry.”

Allow yourself to receive the healing that will come your way.

Ghosting can be more traumatic for some than others. It may open up old childhood wounds of abandonment, for instance, or a partner in the past who just broke it off without communicating,  or a myriad of other situations where a woman felt blocked, abandoned, not communicated with.

Stay strong. There is nothing wrong with you. It wasn’t your energy who “attracted” this. There is much “victim bashing” in the spiritual circles about this. This can happen to any of us.

Here is a few things that help you after you were ghosted

– nature walks for grounding

– paying attention to what we eat – root vegetables ground us. Leafy greans are good in general, and in particular for our heart chakra

– feel the feels. If you are angry, allow yourself to be angry

– practice self-love and self-care now more than ever

– sing/chant to keep your throat chakra open
