Dance
We start the workshop by moving our beautiful bodies in whichever way feels good for you. The importance is you move your body the way you feel like. We will dance to 4 songs:
1) To connect to Mother Earth below us
2) To connect to The Universe above us
3)To connect to our Higher Self
4) To connect to our Magical Child
Receive Journaling prompts
Each of the 11 steps will come with a writing prompt for deep self-reflections to increase your self-awareness around important topics. You will understand where self-love might have been blocked or generate your own blue-print as how to move forward to embody self-love on a much deeper level.
Receive important messages
In addition, you will learn how to use an oracle card deck or tarot deck to pick messages that will help you to dig even better into the matter. I have been using cards as a great entry point into understanding things deeper and have been teaching clients for a long time on how to use cards for their own self-development journey.

What you need to buy/ have:
- A dedicated journal & pen (or laptop if you prefer to journal digitally)
- A Tarot deck*: (you can be any deck you feel drawn to.) Here is a few I work with and recommend: Osho Zen Tarot, the classical Rider Waite Tarot (amazing for symbology and more advanced messages), any decks from Doreen Virtue).
